Rudik G. Biological peculiarities of the representatives of the genus Iberis L. in culture.

This thesis is dedicated to the study of biological peculiarities of plants of the genus Iberis L. in culture of moderate zone. Objects of investigations - 10 species, 1 subspecies, 4 cultivares of the genus Iberis L. Methods of investigations - complex of genus, climate analogis, ontogenetic, comparative-morphological. The specifying of ontogeny stages of ontomorphogeny has been carried out and the essential characters of ontomorphogeny for six species of plants of different type of biomorph have been researched in details. The structure and development of shoot systems of plants of different type life-forms during ontomorphogeny has been studied. The comparative analysis of biomorphological types of plants in culture has been carried out. The rhythms of seasonal development of plants in culture has been investigated. The complex estimation of introduced experiment results with the genus Iberis L. plants has been carried out on base of with 10 species of plants are recommended for use in greenery as well the prospects of use in different branches of biology and medicine.
