Essay

The object of investigation is the fibrin clots. The aim is the morphological studies of these clots and its interaction with fibrinolytic system components. It has been shown the appearance of the structure (surface layer) on the fibrin clots surface. This structure is different from the clot structure. The fibrin clots structure with/without layer has been investigated with electron microscope method. It has been found that the presence of the surface layer in fibrin introduces changes in the interaction processes of fibrinolysis components with fibrin clots. Field of application: scientific and educational institutes of medical and biological type.
