Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of a role of one of the conducting secondary damaging factors in a pathogeny of a serious craniocerebral trauma - processes of lipids peroxidation, substantiation and introduction in clinic of a method antioxydant therapy with application of Dimexidum at a sectional pathology. In the dissertation is proved that the processes of a free - radical oxidizing of lipids considerably are labilized in 3 hours after a trauma, activity of processes lipids peroxidation and antioxidant of system of an organism depend on the clinical shape of a craniocerebral trauma. In the dissertation the dependence of infringements of an oxidizing metabolism is shown at a serious craniocerebral trauma from age and sex of the patients. The insert in a complex of medical measures of Dimexidum is proved which raises activity of antioxidant system of an organism at a serious craniocerebral trauma. Is proved, that the application of Dimexidum allows on 22 % to reduce an expressiveness of one of the conducting secondary damaging factors at a serious craniocerebral trauma - processes of lipids peroxidation. The positive influence of Dimexidum on clinical current serious craniocerbral trauma is proved, the direct interrelation between the clinical status, retrogress of the basic sets of symptoms, improvement of a blanket state of the patients and biochemical indexs of a blood reflecting a state of processes lipids peroxidation and antioxidant system of an organism is revealed.
