Essay

The thesis is devoted to problem of decreasing specific energy consumption of iron powder production by method of atomization and reduction. Analitical and and experimental study of using the kinetics energy of atomizing agent jets, mass exchanging process with carbon during decarbonizing annealling has been done. The kinetics of reduction of hematite iron ore concentrate flat particles layer by cracked ammonia has been studied. The furnace to realize this process has been developed.
