The dissertation work is devoted to the definition of basic biochemical pat of distribution in organism at acute pancreatitis and mechanisms of correction action at this disease by phytodrug "Polyphytol-1". The increase POL; changes hepatocytes and eritrocytes membrane structure and their permeability for K+, Na+, Ca2+ are found out, that indicate disturbance of membrane structure-function property.
