Object - enterprises of industry. Goal - theoretical and practical aspects of activization of investment activity of enterprises in Ukraine and regions. Methods - comparison, groupping; index, graphical, mathematical and economical. Novelty - the work suggests a fundamental scheme of management in industry of the region. It enables to stimulate investment activity as a whole; the scheme of investment capital has been grounded on analytical approach which takes into consideration such important element of capital as corporative securities; the model of regional investment policy has been carried out; the method of evaluation of effectiveness of regional investment projects and programs are based on optimization of total profitability factor is suggested. Results - the directions of improvement of economic and social mechanism of investment activity regulation in industry of the Crimean region has been substantiated.
