Essay

The dissertation represents results of investigation of a transplantation embrional nervous tissue at traumatic damages of a spinal cord. In it the covered features of course regeneration of processes in a place of damage of a spinal cord in conditions of application embrional nervous tissue depending on gravity of a trauma of a spinal cord, term of realisation of a transplantation and place of an implantation embrional nervous tissue . On the basis of the own experiment author prove that the embrional nervous tissue transplantation in the site of the spinal cord injury in the cases of the severe spinal cord trauma leads to significant improvement of the spinal axons conduction. Positive influence of the embrional nerve tissue reveals itself in significant reducing an inflammatory and degenerative process at the site of the spinal cord injury, speedup of processes an axons myelinisation, oppressing a process of shaping connective tissue and stimulate processes an axonal and reparative regeneration. Experiment demonstrated that optimal term of embrional nervous tissue transplantation is the first day after trauma. The best result in the recovering of the spinal cord conductivity was received in cases of the embrional nervous tissue transplantation in the site of the spinal cord injury. The transplantation of the embrional nervous tissue between ends of the completely transected spinal cord don't leads to the recovering of its conduction. This data are proved by electrophysiological and morphological methods of investigations.
