The conditions of the formation of the sing-stable rotary moment on the exit of the planetary impulse mechanism are substantiated. Generalized model of the spatial planetary impulse mechanism is developed and the influence of centrifugal forces on the formation of the dynamics of transmission is analysed on the basis of this model. Progressive designs of inertial planetary transformer of moment are developed. Experimental investigations of inertial planetary transformer of moment are worked out. The fundamentals of parameters calculation and design of the spatial planetary impulse mechanism with exit carrier and phase displaced debalances are represented
