Tsupor I. Mechanism of the long-term investment of the industrial enterprises

Object of research is the mortgage mechanism of industrial manufacture long-term investment. The purpose of research is the development of conceptual bases and the development of the scientific and practical recommendations as to the formation of the effective organisational and economic mechanism of long-term investments into the industry of Ukraine on the basis of mortgage system using. Methods of Research: classical principals of the economic theory, basic regulations of the Law of Ukraine " About a pledge ", other legislative acts and decisions of bodies of the executive authority, and also works of the domestic and foreign authors and methodical materials, which reveal fundamental principals of the defined problem. Scientific novelty: conceptual approach has been developed on the basis of research of the economic contents of mortgage relations and major factors, which determines the construction of mortgage system. The methodological basis of the offered concept is the use of funds for the solvingof problems of updating and restructuring of a domestic industry, the general condition of expediency increase of volumes of its long-term mortgage crediting, provides: creation of specialized mortgage investment institutions of financing of an industry. The approaches to formation of a cost estimation of a compound property complex of the enterprise as subsystems of general information system management on the basis of realization of statistical model of an estimation of property, are is based on such methods, as factor and cluster analysis and multiple regress. Practical importance: the realization of the offered conceptual approach, methodical and practical recommendations concerning improvement of the economic mechanism of long-term investment of an industry on the basis of mortgage relations system using will assist the increasing of efficiency of their financial and economic activity. Applied aspects of research work results on improvement of the mortgage mechanism are used in estimation and financing of enterprises which are pledge givers, in particular PLC "Doncement" (information № 10-32 of 04.01.2001). Materials, on creation of the working organisational and economic mechanism of attraction of the investments in industrial manufacture, were adopted by Committee on industrial policy of the Supreme Rada of Ukraines (information № 02-01/074 of 16.01.2001). The results of the research are also used in educational activity of Donetsk Institute of Economics and Economic Law.
