Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research methodology and organization of accounting of cost and incomes of main activity of hospitality industry enterprise. The purpose, primary tasks and problems of management are determined, as well as the role of accounting in their decision. The condition of sphere, organizing and product particularities activity of an enterprise and nature of hospitality services are analysed. An estimation the existing organization and methodology of hotel's economic activity in Ukraine is given. The questions of improvement of account an expense, incomes and financial results of the hotel services are considered, as well as the principle of categorization of hotel's costs. The principles of calculation prime cost of the hotel services and unproductive expenses are determined.
