Essay

The object of research is the assigning of tolerances when designing electronic devices with due regard all stages of their life cycle. The Aim of research is to develop methods of calculating and optimizing tolerances by interval analysis and design on their basis program system. The methods of interval mathematics, the methods of mathematical simulation of physical processes in constructions of electronic devices, the methods of optimization are the methods of research. The development of mathematical tools and software for calculating tolerances by interval methods are the theoretical and practical results. Newness contains the new kinds of interval structures for taking into account external perturbation, the methods of shaping interval models. Degree of implantation is the results of researches are used on enterprises "Radiopribor" and "Iskra". Radio-electronic industry is the field of application.
