The dissertation is devoted to a problem of virus hepatitis B and C at newborns and solves problems of optimization of clinical-laboratory diagnostics, treatment, prophylaxes of virus hepatitis B. Сlinical course features of perinatal virus hepatitis, basic clinical exhibiting in neonatal period аre described. The major factors of risk are revealed, bunches of perinatal risk on originating virus hepatitis among newborns are determined. The frequency viruses persistent, on the establishment of revealing of hepatitis markers, in various terms of neonatal period are fixed. Рathogenetic application of recombinant interferon (laferon) are studied. To practical public health services the algorithm of diagnostics of virus hepatitis at newborns is offered on the basis of clinical signs analysis and interpreting of results ELISA and polymerase chain reaction.
