Small water-current Zacarpathea. Development of a technique of account of the maximum disharge of water rainfall flood small rivers Zacarpathea. Processing of the hudrometeorological data, numerical definition of settlement parameters, spatial generalization of the settlement characteristics. For the first time for calculation of the maximum flood runoff on the small rivers Zacarpathea the operatioal structure, basing on the model of channel isochrone. On it's base the technique of account maximum flood discharges. The complex parameter for an estimation of influence of a forestry area on the maximum rainfall flood is proved. For the first time the technique of account of the maximum runoff of the small rivers in all range of the areas is proved by materials of supervision. The results of work were discussed at the meeting-seminar of the expert of hydrometeorological service Minekoresursov in 2002. The received results can be used in divisions Minekoresursov of Ukraine, in branches of water managementand hydrometeorological service in realisation of measures against the flood and realisation of forest felling in Zacarpathea.
