Object of research - process of accumulate the static errors of pipeline analog-to-digital conversion on basis the redundant place values, this is generate the problem of increase of precision; the purpose of researches - increase of precision of pipeline ADCs, which builded on lowprecision analog units, at the expense of using the redundant place values in the form of redundant positional counting systems; method of testing and instrumentation - AD-conversation theory, mathematical modeling, precision theory, theory of number, numerical methods, computer modeling; theoretical and practical results - the method of forming of the indissoluble characteristic input-output at the expense of choosing such level of the redundant place values corresponding to the instrumental errors level was developed; the methods of decrease errors of the pipeline ADCs with redundant place values using the process of self-calibration were also developed; the efficiency of the using the redundant place values is estimated; the complexity of such pipeline ADCs comparing with serial production pipeline ADCs is estimated; the recommendations of the using the contemporary CAD systems for designing of the pipeline ADCs with redundant place values and building on their base the highly productive data registration and data processing systems are suggested; the novelty - confirms by the patent on device; a degree of an intrusion - within the limits of branch; an orb (branch) of an intrusion - design and using of an telecommunication systems.
