Lisna I. The unity of economic and social efficiency in the enterprise

The objekt of research: the process of increasing of the economic and social efficiency of the industrial activity of the enterprises in the maket condition; the aim of research : analysing of essence and maintenance of the contradiction between economic and social efficiency, theoretical grounding of necessity and possibility of arriving :of the unity of economic and social efficiency activity of enterprises, development of scientific and practical recommendations for increasing efficiency of production; methods of research : methods of materialistic dialectics and system analises, induction and deduction ; analises and statistical and graphic analises, mathematical analises; theoretical and practical results: the system research has been developed and grounded, that efficiency of enterprises of the system consists of three elements: the criterions ,which uncovering essence of variety of the production efficiency ; factors which defining its maintanance, indexes, with assistance which has been valued its level. Dialectical tie of technical-economic, social-economic and social efficiency of enterprise have been uncovered. The model of improvement of the zone of the unity of the economic and social efficiency has been proposed; the definition of economic efficiency of enterprise has been improved, which unites technical-economic and social-economic sides of productions ,the matter and essense of social efficiency and the system of its indexes of the micro-level has been incovered ;the social-economic causes of the contradiction between the economic and social efficiency of enterprise have been grounded the means and forms of achievements of the unity of the economic and social efficiency have been generalized; the practical meaning of the results: the works have been permited to increas social efficiency of the production , using social reserved for increasing economic efficiency , arriving of the unity of economic and social efficiency; the subjekt and level of application; the works have been applied in "Turboatom"; sphere of usage industrial enterprises , teaching process.
