Research object: process of physical design of biological neuron; research purpose: expansion of functional properties, increase of efficiency and improvement of structural-technological descriptions of optoelektronic frequency-dynamic neuron elements by realization of them on bispin-devices; research methods and apparatus - analytical, experimental, computer, measuring devices; results theoretical and practical: optoelektronic frequency-dynamic neuron elements on the basis of bispin-devices with the extended functional properties, promoted efficiency and improved structural-technological characteristics are developed and explored, and also technical solutions of their realization are offered; novelty of embedding: it is confirmed by the patents of Ukraine on the inventions; degree of introduction - within the limits of industry; the sphere (industry) of the use is the impulse recurrent neuron networks.
