Essay

It has done differential diagnosis giant-cell tumor of bone with an other giant-cell bone affection. In work it has done to show, surgical treatment giant-cell tumor of bone in child with the result of clinical cours and localization of tumor, done comprehensive marks from, every method and also positive and negative their sides. To accept hydroxyapatite ceramic after intrabone resection tumor showed to get of 12 patient (22,2%) excellent, 6 patient (11,1%) good, and 2 patient (3,7%) in satisfactory results
