Essay

Clinical examination of the patients with chronic osteomyelitis of bones of arm and forearm was performed. The analysis of correlation between the peculiarities of the clinical course of the disease and the state of cellular and humoral immunity, metabolism, characteristics of agents of pyoinflammatory process and their specific features on the background of the character of the state of specific antibacterial immunity was made. The course of the treatment was analyzed. The system of complex management of the patients with chronic osteomyelitis of long bones of the upper extremity was worked out
