Essay

Object of a research - Са2+-transport system of mitochondria of myocytes. The purpose - to study of the properties of Mg2+,ATP-dependent Са2+-transport system of mitochondria in smooth-muscle uterine cells. In the experiments using suspension of digitonin (0,1 mg/ml) treated myocytes we tested Mg2+,ATP-dependent Са2+-accumulation system as mitochondrial. It is sensitive to ruthenium red or sodium azide inhibition but resistant to thapsigargin or cyclopiasonium acid. Mitochondria transport system is specific to ATP and Mg2+. Cu2+ > Ni2+ > Co2+ are non specific to inhibit Mg2+,ATP-dependent Са2+-accumulation transport system іn mitochondria. Field of application: scientific institutes of medical and biological type
