Essay

The author has studied the parameters of homeostasis at 97 patients with femur fractures and assotiated trauma. As a result of the clinical and statistical analysis it is established, that patients with the heaviest assotiated trauma have expressed the specific frustration of the homeostasis, that finds reflection in a "phenomenon of the mutual stealing". A choice of terms and means of the osteosynthesis of femur fractures at patients with assotiated trauma was carried out, after anatomic and functional determination and forecasting of the trauma desease.
