Kushchayev S. Endoscopic portal nucleoectomy for discogenic lumbar radiculitis.

Presented work is devoted to current question of treatment low back pain, in particular using endoscopic portal nucleoectomy for treatment lumbosacral radiculitis. The complex of diagnostic investigations necessary for definition of the indication and contraindication to endoscopic portal nucleoectomy are proved, the technical features of this method are presented. The principal aspects of perioperative management of the patients during endoscopic portal nucleoectomy are determinated. The nearest and distant results of this surgical technology depending of level of the operations, size and type of herniations, age of the patients are investigated. The analysis of the unsatisfactory results of the treatment and complications of endoscopic portal nucleoectomy are carried out. The efficiency of the endoscopic portal nucleoectomy for treatment discogenic lumbosacral rediculitis is proved. In the research peculiarities of clinical developments and complex diagnostics algorithm of multilevel lumbar disc herniations were spesified.
