Essay

Basing on the results of the examining and treatment concerning 280 old age patients and 52 low and middle age (control groups) is investigated the peculiarities of the brain injury in middle and high degree. It is defined that anatomy-physiological change influences on clinical course in a big measure. As a result of clinical data in comparison with the addition examine methods (CT, MRY, autopsy) it is highlighted the fact of the discrepancy of clinical display with structural morphological change at the brain injury mostly in the old age patients. The direct dependence of clinical data, CT (MRY) results and morphological investigation was elicited only for the high degree brain cerebrum contusion case with consciousness disturbances up to 5 score at the coma Glazgo scale. Unfavorable prognosis can be done for the old age patients in the case of the high degree brain cerebrum contusion emergence and in combination with the intracranium haemorrhage, also, at the rapid pace of the brain cerebrum compression intensification, arterial hipotony, okulocephalitical and okulovestibular reflexes, okulomotorius disturbances and cramp syndrome. Paying attention to the age-case peculiarities of the organism coming to an old age diagnosing brain injury gives a chance to avoid the mistakes in a case of treatment.
