The dissertation is dedicated to the issues of treating Hypertensive Intraventricular Hemorrhage in young and middle-age people. The author worked out the diagnostic criteria and algorithms of patients' medical examination, determined peculiarities of the clinical run, typical clinical symptom-complexes, depending on localization and massiveness of hemorrhage into the brain ventricles; developed the principles for the treatment tactics and determined prognostic criteria. It was established that only the combination of basic and differentiative therapy, and surgery if necessary, ensures the most effective results. The indication for the surgical intervention in Hypertensive Intraventricular Hemorrhage is the progress of occlusion or dislocation syndromes in the absence of prognostic unfavorable factors. Practical implementation of the main findings enabled the results of Hypertensive Intraventricular Hemorrhage treatment to be improved.
