Essay

The object of the work is the mechanisms of formation of nonequilibrium states in Co-P films. The aim of the work is the to establish the physical principles of formation of amorphous and microcrystalline structure in Co-P films. The research methods: X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, metalography, optical, derivatography and magnetometry. The results obtained at the first time. The condition of formation of amorphous structure, physical and chemical properties of Co-P films have been established to be dependent on the magnitude and the rate of changing of cathode overvoltage at pulsed electrodeposition. The model of the near distribution of atoms in amorphous Co-P films have been proposed. The method of obtaining multilayer Co-P films with definite magnetic properties have been proposed. The application branch is electrotechnics and radiodevice industry.
