Object of research - mechanisms of interaction of the enterprise and consumer during sale and purchase of production of technological purpose. The purpose of research - development of a complex of economic-mathematical models of mechanisms of interaction of the enterprise and consumer. Methods of research: the system analysis, theory of probability and mathematical statistics, theory of games, imitating modeling and balance models. Theoretical result - the conceptual bases of modeling of mechanisms of interaction of the enterprise and consumer are offered on the basis of stratification last on levels of consumer readiness. The applied value is caused by development of a complex of economic-mathematical methods and models of management of interaction of the enterprise and consumer and its realization as the prototype DSS. Scientific novelty: The concept of modeling of mechanisms of interaction of the enterprise and consumer on the basis of stratification of the buyers on levels of consumer readiness. Amethod of revealing of levels of consumer readiness on the basis of the logic analysis of judgements of the consumers during acceptance by them the decision on purchase. Model of a choice by the enterprise of optimum strategy of interaction with the consumers during sale and purchase of production of technological purpose. The mechanism multichannel reflex of management of interaction of the enterprise and consumer.
