Essay

The object of investigation: rat peritoneal macrophages. The aim of work: the investigation of role of nitric oxide in realization of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) toxic action to macrophages and metabolism speciality of this nitrosocompound in rats under influence exogenic and endogenic nitrosation factors. Methods: biochemical, biophysical, cytological and mathematical statistic methods. It is proved, that peritoneal macrophages under influence of different chemical factors are lost typically. The NDMA ability to call macrophages death is connected вy cytochrome Р-450 biotransformation. It is shown, that cytotoxic acion of NDMA is not directly connected with free NO during denitrosation reaction. In experiments in vivo in influence of exogenic nitration factors in rats organism NDMA formation from amidopyrine essentially increases. Field of application - scientific medical and biological institutes.
