Essay

The object is economic-mathematical modeling of taxation processes creation methods, ordering tax system efficiency parameters, functioning of tax service departments, regional tax policy realization; the methods are theoretical analitical analisis and synthesis, mathematical and statistical methods, data mining; the structurally functional analysis and synthesis of tax system as a complex of cooperating levels is carried out; the basic financial parameters and criteria of marking efficiency are systematized; on the basis of system parameters criterion functions of tax system, tax service, realization of a tax policy are created; classical regressive-correlation methods of tax receipts forecasting are investigated; for classification and pattern recognition of taxation subjects methods basing on neuro alrgorithms, cluster and discriminantal analysis are used; the model of tax service departments resources use optimization using methodology of utility function is offered; the created efficiency models are used in a system dynamics simulating software iThink for regional tax policy marking in the predicted period; the structure of corporate support system of decisions acceptance is offered on the basis of the data archives with use of multidimentional database Oracle Express, OLAP technologies.
