Essay

Dissertation devoled to technology perfection questions and improvement of thechnico - economical characteristics of the converter melting. The silicon oxidation dinamics models, dinamic thermal balanc, lime additions algorithm in blowing process are worked up. The melting technology, regulating the lime additions in dependence on maintenance of silicon in cast-iron, lime qualities, blowing intensity and final slag basity are worked up and inculcated. The lowering of the specific consumption of metal charge and refractore are achieved.
