The process of intangible assets management modeling at enterprises. The analysis of organizational and legal principles and working out economic-mathematical instruments for estimating and forecasting the efficiency of intangible assets implementation at enterprises taking part in innovative activity under the market conditions. The tendencies and principles of intangible assets management development at enterprises under the market conditions have been investigated using the economic-mathematical apparatus of modeling. The optimization models for selecting innovative investment projects taking into account enterprise and credit resources have been worked out.
