The thesis is devoted to development of principles and means of increase of a level of operational reliability and improvement of conditions of electrosecurity in systems of power supply of the ore mining and processing complex enterprises. The influence of neutral grounding on components of emergency currents and parameters of a zero sequence at single-phase short circuits on ground, nature and level of influence of parameters of isolation of networks concerning ground and mode of single-phase short circuit on ground on values and mutual phase ratio of parameters of a zero sequence and emergency currents at various modes of operations neutral is established. The method of definition isolation conductivity of a network concerning ground without switching-off of a working voltage based on connection to one of phases of additional active conductivity is developed. The method and device of the continuous control and measurements of active resistance of isolation and capacities concerning grounds, based oncovering on a network bi-frequency operative signals, and also new principle of operation and device of selective protection from asymmetrical damages is theoretically proved and developed. The combined mode of neutral grounding for distributive networks by a voltage 6 - 35 kV, combining operational advantage of the compensated networks and networks with the resistor in neutral is offered.
