Essay

Thesis is devoted to experimental study of atomic-nuclear processes accompanying excited nuclear states decay, using semiconductor gamma-spectroscopy. Modern techniques and software have been elaborated which provide high accuracy of spectrometric measurements. New data about penetration effects at internal conversion, nuclear states decay via atomic electron shell and double-quanta transitions have been obtained. For the first time quadruple thoroid momentum of nuclear transition, quasi-elastic "electron" gamma-transition, decay via virtual nuclear state with simultaneous gamma-quantum and K-electron emission.
