Investigation object: Wistar rats. Investigation purpose: to study in kidney tissue changes of metabolites contents of some signal pathways which regulate apoptosis activity - NO-synthase, sphingomyeline, glycerolipid, and changes of cellular volume in conditions of a sole kidney hypertrophy, and to establish influence of opioids on these parameters. Investigation methods: biochemical, photometrical, physical, radioimmune, microscopic, statistic. Theoretical and practical results, novelty of the investigation: For the first time the participation of sphingomyeline, NO-synthase signal pathways, calcium, system of prostanoids and changes of cell volume in activation of apoptosis in the kidney tissue at a hypertrophy of a sole kidney was studied. For the first time the complex investigation of dalarginum (synthetic leu-enkephaline) influence at apoptosis rate in kidney tissue of healthy rats and at a hypertrophy of a sole kidney was carried out. Biochemical changes in the kidney tissue which follow dalarginum effect on apoptosis were revealed. Application: results are used at the chair of med. chemistry of LugSMU. The field: medical biochemistry, pharmacology.
