The candidat's thesis on speciality 04.00.01 - general and regional geology.- Institute of Geological Sciences NAS of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2003. Geological structure of Yesaulivs'ko-Nagolchans'kyy structural knot (Central Donbas) as well as the stages of its formation are defined. The structural-formational boundary between the coal-bearing deposits of terrigenous formation (Amvrosiyivs'ka suite) and terrigenous flyshoidal formation deposits (Dyakivs'ka series of the Middle Carboniferous) is revealed within the structural knot. These two types of deposits were the cause of two structural and morphological types of gold mineralization formation - Olkhovatskyy and Bobrykivs'kyy. The main faults and kinematic history of their evolution are defined. The principal regularities of gold mineralization location and postdiagenetical zonality in the Middle Carboniferrous deposits are revealed. The map of Gold mineralization distribution is compiled. Five new prospective plots are defined. Keywords: Nagolny Ridge, Yesaulivs'ko-Nagolchans'kyy structural knot, geological structure, Middle Carboniferous, ore controlling structures, stages of evolution.
