Essay

The microscopic theory of short-range order kinetics in close-packed solid solutions is evolved. The model of determination of diffusion characteristics for binary F.C.C.-alloys is created. Evolution of diffuse-scattering radiation under the data about residual electrical resistivity evolution in solid solutions is predicted. Energy parameters of interatomic interaction are calculated and role of magnetic contribution to these parameters is revealed for a binary disordered F.C.C. alloy with both magnetic components.
