Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement and development of the mathematical and programming tool for automation of transformation of constructor documentation in the electronic form. More over, the conclusion about high computation complexity and week formalization of the recognition of elements (lines, circle arcs, etc.) of images of constructor drawings has been maid. Particular attention in the work has been paid to methods and algorithms of recognition of primitives in the binary raster images, preliminary performance and normalization of the raster images. Also algorithms of elimination of the noises have been developed based on the median and anisotropy filtration methods. Improvement of effectiveness and speed of normalization algorithms has been maid based on the turn method and method of none straight shift of binary raster images. The methods and algorithms elicit of primitives that assume finding of the areas of objects allocations on the binary raster images. More over, these methods allowidentifying of primitives that have been modified by noises. Method and algorithms of vectorization of found primitives has been modified in such a way that allows obtaining vector image with high speed and precision. Developed methods and algorithms eliminate possible modifications of the brakes in the lines in the raster images that considerably improve quality of the vectorization.
