Essay

This work devoted to investigation by a method of thermal desorption to spectrometry process of accumulation ion-implantation deuterium in metals with the further thermoactive evolution. It is investigated thermal desorption of ion-implantation deuterium from samples nickel, titan and palladium irradiated up to various dozes with ions deuterium D with energy 25 keV at temperatures ~100 К and ~330 К. Dependence of structure of a spectrum thermal desorption from a doze of an irradiation is investigated. It is shown, that the structure of these spectra is function of a doze and temperatures of an irradiation. For nickel the effect of inversion of a direction of building of a spectrum on the temperature scale. The theoretical model for the description of experimentally measured spectra thermal desorption is offered. It is shown, that implantation of deuterium in the titan results to the structural changes in implantation layer and that a nature to the structural transition only chemical
