Essay

In the temperature range 350-750 K behavior of electrical resistance of the polycrystals YBa2Cu3O6+х, YBa0,5Sr1,5Cu3O6+x and volume effects in the polycrystals YBa2Cu3O6+х are investigated. On the basis of the obtained experimental results and also the available data the sequence of structural phase transitions in the subsystem of the oxygen vacancies which makes it possible to explain the anomaly of physical properties because of the presence of the effect connected with the charge transfer in the CuO2 planes is proposed. .
