The object is telecommunication means of digital telecommunication systems design and analysis process; the aims to develop digital telecommunication systems design and analysis methods and to create automated software design complex; the methods are optimization, mathematics statistical, mass servicing, graph theory, neuron network theory methods, simulation technique and experimental checks; the new approach lies in improvement of M-structure, NewClust, elastic neuron network methods, have designed and analyzed digital telecommunication system simulation model; the main include automated software complex prototype for digital telecommunication system structure design; all this thesis has been developed by sub-faculty "Telecommunication systems", KNURE; the field is digital telecommunication system structure design
