Essay

The thesis is devoted to rise of efficiency of obstructive bronchitis prophylaxis, with acute respiratory virus disease on the background. On the base of many-sided analyses we had discovered the totality of different risk factors of disease development (from child, family, outside). Methods of prognosis risk primary and secondary obstructive bronchitis arising were offered. Criterion of including children in the group of risk and individual prophylaxis complexes were elaborated. Changes in immune reaction and condition of adaptive systems (antioxidant resistance, vegetal homeostasis, suprarenal) in 120 children with obstructive bronchitis were observed. Indications of including In complex therapy suprarenal stimulators, Vi A, E and Zelenin tincture were determinate. It was proved; tat new therapy complex was in 1,5 times more effective, that traditional therapy.
