Viktoriya M. The numerical procedure for the spring peak discharge analysis in the Seim basin

The Seim Basin Rivers and adjacent catchments area of the Desna, Sula, Psol, Vorskla spring run-off. The guidance substantiation of the calculation scheme based on bed isochrone model for establishment of the infrequent recurrence supply rate. The statistical treatment, geographical analyses and numerical methods are used. The recommendations to record of run-off descriptions for local factors of underlying surface are developed. For the first time the calculation structure for forecasting of extreme flood maximum was utilized. The using of the same structural arrangement of calculated and predicted schemes can be an investigations base to expand bounds of forecasting procedure adaptation. The main results were published in scientific issues and used at fulfilment of research themes in UkrGMI and OSEU. It is recommended to use in subdivision of Ukrainian State Watermanagement and organization of hydremeteorological service.
