The object is the Cr-Nb-C and Cr-Ta-C ternary as-cast and annealing alloys; the aims are to construct the Cr-Nb-C and Cr-Ta-C phase diagrams in wide temperature and whole concentration ranges, to determine the common features of physical-chemistry interaction for the Cr-d-metal-C ternary systems, to determine the alloys composition promising for practical use; the methods - physical-chemistry analysis; the novelty lies in the investigation of the phase equilibria in the Cr-Nb-C and Cr-Ta-C systems in the melting-crystallization alloys area for the first time, the crystallization way of alloys and physical-chemical characteristics of solid phases are established; the structures of alloys perspective for practical use are established; branch - physical chemistry of metal systems, materials science.
