The thesis is devoted to the spectral theory of boundary value problems for systems of quasidifferential equations with generalized functions as coefficients and right parts. Author applies approach that is based on a reduction (with the help of known idea of the quasiderivatives introducing) of these problems to correct problems for systems of linear differential equations of the first order with measures.
