The dissertation is devoted to the research of the convergence rate of partial sums of the Dirichlet series absolutely convergent in the semi-plane with positive coefficients in some increasing scales as well as at the subsequence of indexes. The rational approximation of the analytical in the disc {z: |z|<1} functions with nonnegative Taylor coefficients was established in the dissertation too.
