Essay

The activity is dedicated to devise of technology of a diffusion welding in vacuum of chromium with copper. The processes are studied, which one descends in self-contained volumes at the stage of a pre-warming. As a result of transit of processes: auto vacuum operations, self-purification of welded surfaces from oxide layers and sublimation of copper, on a chromium the condensate of copper by the way of layer of spherical fragments will be derivate. The application of a copper intermediate perforated interlayer allows to intensify shift deformations on all zone of a contact and to increase the mechanical characteristics of weld joints as contrasted to by connections without an interlayer. The application of a perforated interlayer allows increasing a factor mass transfer in center of connection. Influencing a preliminary preparation of a surface of a chromium on quality of weld joints is studied. The optimum parameters of process of welding and condition of cooling of welded assemblies are determined with the purpose of formation of minimum residual stresses. Plasma spraying is designed on the basis of the conducted researches the production process by a way of a diffusion welding in vacuum of chromium - copper cathodes for an ionic.
