Plyatsok V. Pre-coxarthrosis prophylaxis and functional treatment of children with acquired hip joint disease using the unloading installations.

The thesis is devoted to the problems of diagnostics optimization and intensified efficiency of the complex orthopedic treatment of patients with early disease of deformity coxartrosis. The devices for implementing a principle "containment"+extension, which allow creating the most favourable conditions to restore congruency. The proposed methodology for complex treatment of patients at early disease of deformity coxartrosis allows to reduce the rehabilitation period. During the complex of the decompressive surgical operations, and prevents dislocation in hip joint; if children slipped capital femoral epiphysis are treated in the post-operation period, reduces the period of function restoration by one and a half month, and serves as a measure for prophylaxis of the aseptic necrosis and chondrolysis; for children with Legg-Kalve-Perthes disease.
