The dissertation is devoted to decision a scientific task: to increase the efficiency of experimental researches.The method of optimum combinative plans construction is developed. It is based on the factor sequence and typical variants of experiment planning optimum matrixes. The properties of factor variable and factor sequences and operations above them are investigated. The method of the experiment plans classification is developed. The kinds of the experiment plan equivalence are investigated. The catalogue of typical structures of the experiment plans is made. Special software and hardware was used for automation the optimum plans construction process of multifactor experiment.The developed methods and algorithms was used in experimental research, modeling and optimization of galvanic copper technological operation. The adequate mathematical models for output parameters were received at the minimal cost. The application of the developed software has allowed at rather small amount of experiences todefine the parametrical equations, describing process of area metallization gauging. The carried out experimental researches confirm serviceability and efficiency of the developed methods, algorithms and software.
