45 patient with long bones deformitys.The purpose is to improve surgical treatment of long bones deformitys on the base of application science substantiate methods of operative treatment. Methods of research: informative, experimental, clinical, cytological, hystologic, statistical. The regeneration of long bones after low invasive artifitial directed fracture was studied. The efforts which need for making artifitial directed fracture of long bones was investigated. An original method of making artifitial directed fracture of long bones which saves intraosseus blood supply was proposed. An original instruments for making artifitial directed fracture, which saves intraosseus bloodsupplay, was made. In experimental part was detected that after making artifitial directed fracture at earlier period the osteoblasts prevail in regenerat. The form of regenerat occur in endostal and intermedial zones. A bone formation at earlier period have place. The clinical using of the result of the researchesbring to decreasing of fixation period in aparatus of external fixation at least on 20 %. Scientific and practical results of the work have found utility in educational process of extremal and military department of state medical academy of Dnepropetrovsk, on clinical practice of traumatology department of clinical hospital №2, №6 of Dnepropetrovsk , clinical hospital № 9 of Zaporozhie.
