The dissertation is devoted to questions of development of new models and methods of operative management by operating modes of the pump stations that are taking into account casual character of processes of water supply and water removal. On the basis of the lead system analysis of a modern condition of pump stations as object of research and a problem of minimization of power inputs at operative - dispatching management of operating modes of pump stations in dissertational work mathematical models and methods of optimum operative management are developed by operating modes of pump stations at casual character as object of management and his environment which application will allow to reduce actual power inputs by functioning of pump stations and, hence, to increase efficiency of functioning of last. It is developed energy saving method of operational planning of operating modes of pump stations with the tanks, taking into account phase restrictions on variable conditions and restrictions on a vectorof managing influences. His adaptations for various structures of pump stations and ways of management are considered by submission of pump units.
