Essay

Objects: superconductors in the mixed state in the presence of systems of planar unidirectional defects that cause uniaxial or biaxial pinning anisotropy. Goals: to investigate theoretically the influence of systems of planar defects on the resistive response of superconductors in the mixed state. Methods: methods of theoretical physics and numerical simulation. New results: It is obtained the formulas for the components of the magnetoresistivity of the system that describe explicitly its nonlinear on current and temperature and essentially anisotropic resistive response and are adequate to experimental observations. It is proposed the diagram of dynamical states of the vortex system that serves as an effective tool for the analysis of vortex dynamics evolution when changing magnitude and direction of current and temperature. It is obtained a scaling relation in the case of small Hall effect and uniaxial pinning anisotropy.
