Alekseyenko A. The pathomorphological changes of lung's respiratory system and surfactant's system with hepatic insuffiency.

The dissertation is devoted to revealing of morphofunctional changes of lung's respiratory system and surfactant's system with acute and chronical hepatic insuf-fiency formation. There are same changes of lung's respiratory system have been determinate in rats and persons with acute hepatic insufficiency. There are increases of emphysema parts and interstitial component, dysthelectasis, athеlectasis, insures of haemocapillar endothelium and aerohaematical barrier's structures were established. It has been de-termine the alveolar epithelium - is the most sensitive component to effect of en-dotoxicosis. We have established the two phases of lung's respiratory system structures modifications with chronical hepatic insuffiency. The first phase - compensate (be-fore 8 week), the second one - decompensate phase (after 8 week of experiment). There are increases of s ynthetic, proliferative activity of II alveolocyte's type, phospholipids and lung's surfactant system activity in the compensative phase. We have investigated the decrease of lung's surfactant system activity because of the phospholipids have the changes of their composition, insures of aerohaematical barrier, hemorrhages, dysthelectasis, athеlectasis formation in decompensative phase.
